Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details for all intended recipients. Once a report has been securely transmitted to the agreed recipient(s), responsibility for the ongoing security and confidentiality of the document rests with those recipient(s).
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as required by law.
Assessment papers and accompanying information with responses are shredded or deleted within six weeks of the date of the assessment.
The final report is stored electronically and is password encrypted for 6 years, or until a child turns 25.
Information that is no longer needed is securely deleted or destroyed.

- Request deletion of your information in certain circumstances.
